Bourbon Street Rhythm & Ribs started with a simple conviction: that a great meal tastes better when accompanied by a melody you can feel in your chest. Located on South Grand Avenue in the heart of Springfield, we built a space where the smoke from the pit and the swell of a live band exist in the same room — and somehow, that makes perfect sense.

Our ribs are dry-rubbed, slow-smoked, and finished with a glaze that has taken years to perfect. Our cocktail program draws from classic technique with a Midwestern pragmatism — strong drinks, fresh ingredients, no nonsense. And our stage is reserved for musicians who play with feeling, not just fingers.
